01

Site operator and contact

The ArkeoExpo website operator and contact for data requests is Ersin İğde, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. Send access, correction or deletion requests to ersin@arkeoexpo.com.

02

Global visits

When you allow optional measurement, a random session identifier is stored in your browser’s sessionStorage. Only the country total is incremented using the Cloudflare country code. Transient session rows are deleted after two days; the country aggregate remains.

  • The counter does not store an IP address, name or email.
  • No measurement session key or request is created before consent.
  • Withdrawal stops future measurement. Earlier anonymous aggregates cannot be separated back to one person.
03

Content engagement

With consent, an event key, page path and aggregate count may be recorded. Raw search-query text is not sent to the measurement system. These data are not used for personal advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.

04

Contact form

The form records name, email, topic, company or institution, role, website, target country, product family and code, certifications, current markets, timeline, budget category, preferred contact method, NDA request, message, page source and form language in order to respond. Records are visible only to the owner account and are subject to automatic deletion after 365 days.

  • The form works without analytics consent.
  • Consent version and time are recorded.
  • Deletion or correction requests: ersin@arkeoexpo.com.
05

Cookies and infrastructure

ArkeoExpo does not use advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. Cloudflare may use necessary technical cookies or equivalent signals for security and service continuity. If Google, Meta or another third-party measurement tool is added later, it will be disclosed separately and an appropriate consent mechanism will be used.

06

Your choices and rights

You can reject anonymous measurement or switch it on and off later. You may request access, correction or deletion for a contact record. Identity and ownership of the request are verified without collecting unnecessary additional data.

07

Engagement and authority boundaries

Submitting a form does not create service acceptance, representation authority, a commercial commitment or an NDA. Requests are reviewed for scope, authority, verifiability and suitability. Time-sensitive commercial or regulatory information must be revalidated before action.
